Shipping Policy

Orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 – 5 business days to arrive.
 
Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.
 
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the item within 30 days from the date it was received for an exchange, store credit, or credit depending on the products condition. CYBERPUNK DIESEL exclusively ships via UPS or USPS on all orders considered non truck freight. CYBERPUNK DIESEL will only ship to the fifty U.S states and Canada which excludes all other international destinations. In the event that you, the customer, places an order to an International address not listed above, CYBERPUNK DIESEL reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Products marked “In-Stock Ships Today” will be shipped from our warehouse the same business day. Products marked “In-Stock” ordered after the cut-off time will leave our warehouse by the next business day. Products without this message may be directly shipped from the manufacturer or out-of-stock. CPD will send an order status update with the products ETA by the next business day. If you need immediate availability please use our “Live Help” feature or contact customer service.

If the product is in-stock most orders are received within 3-6 business days from the shipment date depending on your location. Non-stock, special order and out of stock items may take 1-2 weeks to be received. Packages will not be delivered on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on major holidays, this includes expedited services such as Next Day Air. All packages are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday.

CyberPunkDiesel’s Free Economy Ground shipping is available on online purchases totaling $99.00 or greater. This free shipping offer is good only to U.S addresses within the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Free shipping is Ground. This offer does not apply to truck freight items, oversize items, Transferflow Fuel Tanks, ATS Transmissions and BD-Power Transmissions. CPD reserves the right to select the carrier of our choice for this free shipping promotion.

CyberPunk Diesel Cannot ship product directly to APO or FPO addresses because CPD utilizes UPS. (which does not ship to APO/FPO addresses) As an option, you may want to consider shipping to a stateside street address and then sending the package to the APO/FPO address overseas via the US Postal Service.

 
The recipient of an international Canadian shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you the recipient; CPD has no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from city and province; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
CPD shipping insurance is a hassle-free solution that puts you on the fast track to resolving a lost, stolen, or damaged package claim. There is no application process, simply select shipping insurance in the shopping cart and you are protected. Shipping insurance applies to all products on your order and covers all tracking numbers associated with the order. Submitting a claim is simple, fill out the brief Claim Form below and an CPD customer support specialist will respond within 1 business day to finalize the process.
 
COVERAGE DETAILS
This coverage insures the package and its contents against damage or loss from any external cause while in transit from CPD or its suppliers to the shipping address on file. Shipping insurance must be selected at the time of ordering and cannot be selected after. Shipping insurance may be cancelled and refunded PRIOR to a tracking number being generated. Once the tracking information for a product has been generated and the product has shipped, the shipping insurance amount can NOT be refunded. This is a product replacement insurance and therefore CPD will NOT refund your money.
 
COVERAGE LIMITS
The limits of this coverage will be equal to or less than the original purchase price of the product(s). The combined limit will never exceed the original order subtotal. CPD will replace each product a maximum of one time.
 
FILING TIME FRAMES
Time to File: Maximum 60 Days from Date of Shipment
Non-Delivery Shipments: Wait 15 Days for Domestic Shipments, 30 Days for Canadian Shipments
Damaged Shipments: Must Be Filed within 7 days of receipt
COVERAGE CONDITIONS:
If your product is not replaceable and/or the product is no longer available from the manufacturer, CPD will issue you a store credit for the original purchase price of the product. This plan is nontransferable and will expire 60 days after the shipment date. All replacement shipping cost covered by CPD will be UPS ground.
 
Generally, once your claim (including supporting documentation) has been submitted, processing takes an average of 8-10 days. After a claim is approved CPD will ship the replacement product as quickly as possible. In some cases, due to limited product availability this may take 7-14 days.
 
Customers filing more than one claim may experience a delay in product replacement due to increased investigative time. Any fraudulent claim will make you liable for prosecution.
